Students will learn indications, contraindications, and physiology of passive stretching in this two-part class. You will learn over 30 passive stretches for major muscle groups of the neck and shoulders (6 CEUs) and the hips and back (6 CEUs). This class covers stretches for the hips and back. NCBTMB certified.
