May 18 - Sunday - 12:00 - 6:00 Hips and Back
The Passive Stretch Series teaches over thirty stretches targeting all the major muscle groups. The class is offered in two parts: part one covers the neck and shoulders and part two covers the hips and back. Both classes are 12 hands-on credits but can be taken separately. Flexibility is the key to mobility! Students will learn indications, contraindications, and physiology of passive stretching in this two-part class. This class is NCBTMB certified.
